CONSENT CALENDAR 1 Minutes RECOMMENDATION: 1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of January 3, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting APPROVED 4-0-1; MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WATTS, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER GUERRIERO; AYE VOTES FROM COMMISSIONERS GUERRIERO, TELESIO, WATTS, AND YOUMANS; TURLEY-TREJO ABSENT COMMISSION BUSINESS 2 Establish the Planning Commission Housing Subcommittee RECOMMENDATION: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION MINUTES - FEBRUARY 7, 2018 Page 2 2.1 Select two Planning Commissioners to sit on a Subcommittee for Affordable Housing Overlay Ordinance, new housing legislation, and future Housing Element updates.
