CONSENT CALENDAR
1. MINUTES
1.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the minutes of the February 12, 2018 Commission Meeting.
Motion by Commissioner Levine, seconded by Commissioner Willis to approve
the action minutes of the February 12, 2018 Commission meeting. Motion
approved 5-0. Voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Borgeson,
Levine, Nelson, Schwank, and Willis.

2. SISTER CITY UPDATE
2.1 RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file report presented by Tracy Frick, Community Services Manager
— power point presentation by Katrina Thoreson, Management Assistant.

ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Vice-Chair Nelson, seconded by Commissioner Borgeson to adjourn to the regular
meeting on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 6:OOpm at the Temecula Civic Center Council Chambers,
41000 Main Street, Temecula, California. Motion approved 5-0. Voice vote reflected approval
by Commissioners Borgeson, Levine, Nelson, Schwank and Willis. The meeting adjourned at
7:52 p.m.
