PUBLIC COMMENTS - None
CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS
1 Review Fiscal. Years 2019-23 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Review Fiscal
Year 2018-19 CIP and Annual Operating'Budgets for the City of Temecula, the Temecula
Community Services District (TCSD) and the Successor Agency to the Temecula
Redevelopment Agency(SARDA)—Workshop with discussion and general direction
only; no action taken.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 That the City Council/Board of Directors review and discuss the Proposed Fiscal
Years 2019-23 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Review Fiscal Year
2018-19 Annual Operating Budgets for the City of Temecula, the Temecula
Community Services District(TCSD) and the Successor Agency to the Temecula
Redevelopment Agency(SARDA).

at 5:30 PM, for a Closed Session, with regular session commencing at 7:00 PM, City Council
