RESOLUTION NO. 01-81
I
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT
MAP NO. 24182-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA D<DES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS: I
WHEREAS, On May 12, 1998, the City Council of the City of Temecula accepted an
offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes ~ade by Cal-Paseo Del Sol, LLC, a
California limited liability company on Tract Map No. 24182J1: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public improvements
and all required repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed: and,
WHEREAS, Only the Warranty Bond and Labor Jnd Material Bond pertaining to this
tract have not been released: and I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Temecula
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System that btreet and portion of street offered to
and accepted by the City of Temecula described in EXhibitsl"A" and "B" attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the Ci y Council of the City of Temecula at
a regular meeting held on the 11 th day of September, 2001. _
