A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIl. OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT
MAP NO. 23371-7)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS: /
WHEREAS, On February 10, 1998, the City CounCil of the City of temecula accepted
an offer of dedication for street and public ubl~ty purposes made by Temeku H s Deve opment
Partners, LP, a California Limited Partnership on Tract Map No. 23371-7: and,
WHEREAS, On February 10, 1998, the City Counc of the City of Temecula accepted
an offer of dedication for public use the 2.50-foot and 6.00 foot wide sidewalk and public utility
easements made by Temeku Hills Development Partners, LP, a California Limited Partnership
on Tract Map No. 23371-7: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed and inspected the public improvements
and all required repairs and replacements were satisfactoril,, completed: and,
WHEREAS, All bonds pertaining to this tract haw
warranty bond: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ¢
hereby accepts into the City-Maintained Street System that
sidewalk easements offered to and accepted by the City ot
and "B" attached hereto.
