A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS INTO
THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT
MAP NO. 23371-6) ·
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA D~)ES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, On September 9, 1997, the City Cou~ =il of the City of Temecula accepted
an offer of dedication for street and public utility purposes made by Temeku Hills Development
Partners, LP, a California Limited Partnership on Tract Map No. 23371-6: and,
WHEREAS, On September 9, 1997, the City Council of the City of Temecula accepted
an offer of dedication for public use the 2.50-foot and 6.0£ foot wide sidewalk and public utility
easements made by Temeku Hills Development Partners LP, a California Limited Partnership
on Tract Map No. 23371-6: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed an(
and all required repairs and replacements were satisfactoril
WHEREAS, All bonds pertaining to this tract hav

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the
