A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED FOR A
MEANDERING SIDEWALK ALONG WINCI-[IESTER ROAD WITH
PORTIONS WITHIN PARCEL 13 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 21383
AS REQUIRED PER THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR
PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA98-0409
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Temec la does hereby find, determine and
declare that:
A. The construction location of water se ice connection valves necessitated
the need to meander the required sidewalk around the valves as shown on
the revised precise grading plans;
B. City Staff has established the requirement for dedication of an easement for
sidewalks that meander through private~ proper~y;
C. The applicant, Vincent R. Graves, Principal submitted an easement deed
which grants an easement for m~andering sidewalk including the
construction and maintenance of the sidewalk;
D. Acceptance of the easement deed ;erves both the public and private
interests of the community.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tem;cula hereby desires to accept the
easement deed by Vincent R. Graves, Principal for meander'lng sidewalk as described in Exhibit
"A" and shown in Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the
hereby accepts the easement deed by Vincent R. Graves,
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the
