A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI,L OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ACCEPTING JEFFREY HEIGHTS ROAD AND A
PORTION OF CALLE GIRASOL INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED
STREET SYSTEM (WITHIN PARCEL MAP NO. 14493)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA D(DES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS: the R
WHEREAS, On January 20, 1981, iverside County Board of Supervisors accepted
an offer of dedication for street and public utility purpose~ made by Art and Olympia Brehm,
owners on recorded Parcel Map No. 14493: and,
WHEREAS, City Public Works Staff reviewed andlinspected the public improvements
and all required repairs and replacements were satisfactorily completed: and,
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Heights Road and a portion of

Accepting public streets offered to and ac~cepted by the City of
Temecula as indicated on Parcel Map No.114493 into the City-
Maintained Street System as described below:
Those portions of Parcel Map No. 14493 n the City of Temecula,
County of Riverside, as filed in Book 87, P~age 60, Inclusive, of
Maps, in the Recorder's Office of saidI county, particulary
described, as follows:
1. Lot "A' (Portion of Calle Girasol, half-width, along the southern
parcel map boundary) of said Parcel Map No. 14493
2. Lot "B" (Jeffrey Heights Road, half-width, along the western
