A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING SUPPLEME~ NO. 006, TO
LOCAL AGENCY AGREEMENT NO. 08-5459, BETWEEN
THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
THE CITY OF TEMECULA FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECT
NO. STPLN-5459, 1-15/I-215 CORRIDOR STUDY.
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, City Council at this regular meeting of March 23rd, 1993 adopted
Resolution No. 93-26.
WHEREAS, said Resolution approved the Local Agency/State Agreement No. 08-5459.
WHEREAS, said Resolution provided for supplemental agreements to be adopted by the
Council for each individual project which utilizes the Federal Funds.
WHEREAS, City has applied for Federal Funds to perform the study on 1-15/1-215
Corridor, Federal Aid Project No. STPLN-5459.
WHEREAS, these funds are available and subject to Program Supplement No. 006 for
Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. STPLN-5459.
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula,
as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council approve and authorize execution of Program
Supplement No. 006 to Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid
Project No. STPLN-5459.
Section 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement
Section 3. The City Clerk shall codify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of May, 1995.
