A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 007, TO
LOCAL AGENCY AGREEME~ NO. 08-5459, BETWEEN
THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND
THE CITY OF TEMECULA FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO.
BRLS-5459(003 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, PALA ROAD AT
TEMECULA CREEK. (BR. NO. 57C-165)
The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, City Council at their regular meeting of March 23rd, 1993 adopted
Resolution No. 93-26.
WHEREAS, said Resolution approved the Local Agency/State Agreement No. 08-5459.
WHEREAS, said Resolution provided for supplemental agreements to be adopted by the
Council for each individual project which utilizes the Federal Funds.
WHEREAS, City has applied for Federal Funds to perform the preliminary engineering
study on replacement of Pala Road Bridge at Temecula Creek, BR. No. 57C-165.
WHEREAS, these funds are available and subject to Program Supplement No. 007 for
Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. BRLS-5459(003).
NOW, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Temecula,
as follows:
Section 1.
That the City Council approve and authorize execution of Program
Supplement No. 007 to Local Agency State Agreement for Federal Aid
Project No. BRLS-5459(003).
Section 2. Authorize the Mayor to execute said Agreement.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall codify the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of May, 1995.
