COMMISSION REPORTS
CONSENT CALENDAR
1. Action Minutes of April 26, 2018 — Approved staff recommendation (4-0-1) with a
motion made by Commissioner Hagel and seconded by Commissioner Carter.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Hagel, Moses and
Sullivan; Commissioner Richardson abstained.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of April 26, 2018.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Consideration of All-Way Stop Controls — Crowne Hill Drive — Approved staff
recommendation (5-0) with a motion made by Commissioner Richardson and
seconded by Commissioner Carter. Individual voice vote reflected approval by
Commissioners Carter, Hagel, Moses, Richardson and Sullivan.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
2.1 Direct Staff to schedule a Neighborhood Traffic Calming Workshop to explore
neighborhood traffic calming features, upon receipt of a signed petition from the
majority of affected residents on Fox Road and Sage Court;
2.2 Recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution establishing All-Way Stop Controls
on Crowne Hill Drive at Old Kent Road and Crowne Hill Drive at Vermont
Road/Camelot Road;
2.3. Direct Staff to install marked crosswalks at All-Way Stop Control intersections on
Crowne Hill Drive, as determined; and
2.4. Direct Staff to maintain the present level of control at the intersection of Crowne Hill
Drive at Fox Road.

3. Proposed Capital Improvement Program — Fiscal Years 2019-2023 — Reviewed and
discussed.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
3.1 Review and discuss the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Circulation
and Infrastructure Projects for Fiscal Years 2019-2023.

ADJOURNMENT: The meeting adjourned at 7:08 PM with a motion made by Commissioner
Carter and seconded by Commissioner Richardson.
