PLANNING COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 21, 1999
CALL TO ORDER
The City of Temecula Planning Commission convened in a special meeting at 10:20
A.M., on Tuesday September 21, 1999, at Temecula City Hall, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Fahey, and Mathewson.
Absent: Commissioners Guerriero, Naggar, and Webster.
Also Present: Planning Manager Ubnoske
Senior Planner Fagan,
Senior Planner Hogan,
Associate Planner Donahoe
Associate Planner Thomas,
Project Planner DeGange,
Project Planner Griffin,
Project Planner Thornsley, and
Minute Clerk Hansen.
The Planning Commission Workshop was held for the purpose of viewing development
in the City.
The following issues were among the topics of discussion:
The paint application at the new Edwards Cinema (at the mall site)
· The view of the loading area from Margarita Road (at the Power Center site)
· The issue of updating the Design Guidelines
· The timeframe for the completed Housing Element Update
Holding the Planning Commission Tour of the City, annually, in order to wew
development within the City on a regular basis
ADJOURNMENT
At 1:20 P.M. the Planning Commission adjourned this meeting to Wednesday,
September 29, 1999 at 6:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula.
