COMMISSIONERS GUERRIERO, TELESIO, TURLEY-TREJO, WATTS, AND

RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the Fiscal Year 2019-23
Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and make a determination that the projects
included in the CIP are in conformance with the adopted City of Temecula General
Plan
