A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS INTO THE CITY-MAINTAINED STREET
SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACTS NO. 22715-2, and 22715-F.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Tayco (Joint Venture of Taylor Woodrow Homes & Costain Homes, Inc.)
(Now Tayco, a California General Partnership comprised of Taylor Woodrow Homes California
Limited, a California Corporation, and Taylor Woodrow Real Estate, a California Corporation),
offered for dedication to the County of Riverside certain streets within Tracts No. 22715-2 and
22715-F, for public street and public utility purposes, and said County of Riverside accepted said
offers of dedication by Board of Supervisors action on August 1, 1989, (Tract No. 22715-2),
and September 12, 1989, (Tract No. 22715-F).
WHEREAS, The City of Temecula became successors-in-interest to the County of
Riverside upon incorporation, effective December 1, 1989.
WHEREAS, Tayco (Joint Venture of Taylor Woodrow Homes & Costain Homes,
Inc.)(Now Tayco, a Californiz. General Parmership comprised of Taylor Woodrow Homes
California Limited, a California Corporation, and Taylor Woodrow Real Estate, a California
Corporation) has improved to City standards, public improvements within the several streets
offered for dedication within Tracts No. 22715-2, and 22715-F, the legal descriptions of which
are set forth in Exhibit "A" and are depicted in Exhibit "B".
WHEREAS, the City desires to accept into the City-maintained street system the public
improvements within all or portions of the public streets offered to and accepted by the County
of Riverside as depicted in Exhibit "B";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci~ of the City of Temecula
as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Temecula accept into the City-maintained street system
those str2.~'ts or portions of public streets offered to and accepted by the County of Riverside
described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
Seztion 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution and accept the
streets and portions thereof, offered to and accepted by the County of Riverside, into the City°
maintained street system as described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
