A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS INTO THE CITY MAINTAINED-STREET
SYSTEM (WITHIN TRACT NO. 20848)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The County of Riverside accepted an offer of dedication of certain lots
for public road and public utility purposes made by Radnor/Sunland/Green Meadows Partnership
with the recordation of Tract Map No. 20848; and,
WHEREAS, The County of Riverside accepted the improvements within Tract No.
20848 as complete on March 7, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accepts into the City Maintained-Street System those streets or portions of
streets offered to and accepted by the County of Riverside described in Exhibits "A" and "B"
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 1995.
