a. Streetscape Project, The Board made the following comments:
i. Lights for the paseo should be lowered
ii. Page L-5, identify #20
iii. Lights should not be in a straight line
iv. Different lights should be used
v. The spacing and counter sinking is too deep for the boardwalk.
