Vinyl lettered signs should always have a boarder, outlining, and shadowing
Wall signs painted on the buildings with no border can be larger
All signs painted on wood should have a border
Roof signs should be permitted in certain situations
Standards should be included for maintenance of signs
Type of permitted Flags should be re-examined
Temporary signs should be removed
Number of signs permitted for each business should be re-examined
