Approval of Minutes
a. July 13, 1998
b. Approval of June 8, 1998 and August 10, 1998 minutes. Approved:
2-1 ( Harkey wasn't present at 6/8/98 meeting to approve minutes)
Blair motioned, Mighell seconded)
Old Business
a. Streetscape Update. Nancy and Otto Baron requested a sign
th
stating that Mercedes and 4 Street was closed.
New Business
a. Krieger Stpre at NWC of 4~h and Mercedes (Nancy and Otto Baron)
was approved. Approved: 3-0 (Mighell moved, Blair seconded)
Consultation
Board Discussion
a. Discussion of the number of appointess and whether or not there is
an alternate. Staff to report back at November 9, 1998 meeting.
Staff Approvals
a. Musician's Workshop -the OTLRB requested additional
information on the shutters before granting approval. Board also
inquired about the removal of the temporary sign as it does not
comply with the Old Town Specific Plan sign criteria. Staff to report
back at November 9, 1998 meeting.
