Meyer. Meeting called to c, rder at 9:05 AM by Larry Markham. 3. Larry ~qarknam informed board that Wal: Allen nan resigned from the board due to personal commitments. After Olscuss~on, the Ooard moved that recommendation to move Bill Harker to regular memOer and to seek a new alternate be forwarded, dy staff, to the City Council. Lc, r~/$ornam/ unanimous. New Business a. Silver Spoon s~dewaik cafe ground plan was submitted to Board by Staff for discussion(no formal appilcatiom at this time). Board discussed plan; requeste~ that staff review piar, ir, light of Americans w~t~ d~sabllities act and bring information to nex~ meeting. Board decided to look at area designated for sidewalk cafe during "Old Town Walk". 5. Old Business a. Wood winnows. Board discussed appropriateness of windows, other than wood frame~i, for use in future Old Town projects. Discussion seemeo to lead toward acceptar~ce of old style s~eei multi pane amO possibly "on site framed in" plate glass. Decioed to look at steel framed, putty glazed windows in Butterfietd Square Outing walk-around. 6. Staff approvals-none. 7. Building ~ateriais prescribed by specific plan. Hel~ for future d~scuss~on. 8. Board discussion. Bill HarKer asked about s~gn on back of Community Center to al~ people trying So ~lnd it. Boar~ was willing to approve (subject to eesign gui~eiines) upon Meeting a~journed at 9:50 by Larry Markham, chair~nan, 9. Old Town walk. Board looked at sidewalk cafe location in front of Silver Spoon and reiterated request to STaff for ;~ost current right of way regulations.
