b. John Meyer presented revised sign and facade improvement element to
board, and advised that sign element is still up for future review.
4. Old business
a. Streetscape on hold for new design contractor selection.
b. Master CUP(Oldtown) approved with conditions by planning commission and
ready for presentation to council June 13, 1995.
c. Westside ;)lan and EIR approved by planning commission with conditions
and ready for presentation to council June 13, 1995.
5. Staff approvals
a. Temecula stampede sign(reviewed by some board members).
b. Mainstreet Assn. sign (reviewed by some board members).
6. Board discussion-no further board discussion.
