LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
special meeting 4:00 PM 2B690 Front St. Ste. 340, Temecula, Ca.
Minutes June 29, 1995
Members present: R. Morris, W. Hsrker, R. Lord. Member. L. Markham
was present as a project proponent, and therefore did not enter
into the discuss/on.
Staff present: J. Meyer, C. Ruiz.
OTTMA representstive present: J. Rock.
Meeting cslied to order, by R. Morris st 4:20 PM.
Public discussion-none.
New Business.
a. Temecula Shuttle building plan review. Plans were not
sufficiently complete to approve. Board comments deferred to
board discussion.
Board discus~ton.
a. Board watched computer generated presentation of proposed
Temecula Shuttle building by Architect Dick Gibbo. Board and
staff were generally pleased with design. Board requested
that accent color be removed from stucco recesses st window
and door locations. Colors, otherwise were acceptable. Staff
suggested that corners(stucco} be rounded. L. Markham,
proponent, requested that planter wall be specified to enhance
building function and look(along Front and 6th sts). Wail
design to emulate hand rails and parapet cap design. Fuji
plans and specifications to be presented to board st future
meeting.
Meeting adjourned st 5:15 PM.
