3. New Business
a. On the Farm.
After discussion, board voted to restrict materials used for non-
sign attractions to those available at the turn of the century
and to continue submission of requests for display(before
installation.~ for. review of appropriateness.
Lord/Harker/unanimcus.
4. Old Business
a. After review of proposed amendment to the specific plan sign
element, board voted to endorse staff presentation with changes
requested during discussion. Hsrker/Gorham/unanimous.
5. Staff approvals-~)one.
