a. Bank Building Facade Improvement, 28645 Front Street
Staff member Ruiz showed the colored rendering for the painting of the building. The
colors are from the approved color pallet. No action taken.
Old Business
a. PA95-0108, Knott's Garage.
The applicant showed the Board the revised site plan and building elevations. The Board
recommended that the porch be built to the property line as required by the Specific
Plan. No action taken.
