Meeting called to order at 9:05AM by R. Gotham.
1. Public discussion-none.
Approval of' Minutes.
Minutes of august 14,September 27, November l,Novembe~ 13,
1995 approved.
Old Business
a. Temecula shuttle revised plans. After. discussion
board moved to accept new plan, subject to Roof Sign
amendment to specific plan, submission of har~scape and
landscape plans upon completion and ruling by building
and safety concerning building setback and handicapped
ramp. Marker/Morris/unanimous. Motion to modify Specific
Plan to allow r'oof mounted signs to identify building
/center only.
b. Planning Application PA95-0096, Knotts Garage. After'
discussion, board recommended that elevation be accepted,
but that ramp/stair arrangement be modified and building
setback r.educed to comply with Specific Plan.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 AM.
