Museum - Approve Revised Elevations and Materials
D. Hogan presented revised drawings to the Board. The Board discussed the
building entrance and made the following recommendations after visiting the
construction site:

The wooden header be 12" wide
The posts be 8" wide
A 12" base, the same height as the granite wainscot, be placed on the
post
Six decorative corbels 12" wide and 18" tall be placed at the top of the
posts and headers

Baron's property, 4th & Mercedes
Otto and Nancy Baron presented a new plan to the Board. Their revised plan
consisted of maintaining the existing building, adding a covered parking area to
the West side and surface parking to the rear. It was the consensus of the Board
that the Conceptual Site Plan and Elevations were consistent with the Old Town
standards.
