Approval of Minutes
a. July 14, 1997
Approved 2-0
New Business
a. Patio Cover and Picket Fence, Main and Front, Hank Testasecca
Approved 3-0, with white stain color for the Picket Fence and Patio Cover.
b. Silver Spoon Sidewalk Cafe, 3rd and Front, Costas St. John
No action was necessary, this item was previously approved by the Board.
c. Auto Service Junction Facade Improvement Program Application, 2nd and
Mercedes
Approved 3-0, proposed signs maybe metal or wood and are subject to staff
approwd.
d. Parking In-Lieu Fee Program, Revised Parking Requirements, and 6th Street
Parking Lot Incentive Program
No action was necessary for this item.
Old Business
a. Patio Cover, Sixth and Front, Ed Dool
Continued 3-0, the fascia should be wood clad, a Condition of Approval should
be added to change the material when necessary, should have a 6" tilt from edge
to center, the color should be Dove Gray, 6" x 6" post should be used, posts
should be the same gray color (powder coat), should not be shiny, Board to look
at examples to be provided by Mr. Dool.
