Facade Improvement Program Application, Ed Dool, Continued 3-0 to obtain
more detailed drawings, covering the whole wall 140 feet from Front Street, delete
the old town wording and move the drawing up to make it more visible.
Vendor Carts - Buttertleld Square

Old Business
Patio Cover, Sixth and Front, Continued 3-0, the applicant, Ed Dool, to decide
between the canvas and the wood trellis
Materials Board, 4th and Mercedes, Barons Continued 3-0, the green color for
siding is too bright and does not match the approved color pallet, the applicant to
paint a sample of the siding for the Board's consideration. Applicant was directed
to bring back two samples of roof materials that were acceptable to the board.
Approved 3-0, all other colors and the brick paving material.
Staff Approvals
Planning Commission approval of 9' Monument sign at 6th and Front Streets.
