CONCEPTUAL DRAWINGS WERE SUBMITTED FOR THE NAPA BUILDING AND THE
BOARD SUPPORTED THE APPLICANT'S PROPOSAL
2. Approval of Minutes:

Confirmed that the mural for Mr. DOOl was approved as submitted.
3. Old Business
Materials Board, (Green siding color and roof material) 4th and Mercedes, Barons
Approved 3-0, siding color to be a condition of approval which should state that
prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy the Old Town Local Review
Board shall approve the color after a portion of the building has been painted. Also
approved corrugated tin for roof material.

Approved 3-0, the posts for the gate shall be granite rock, wood chip color shall
be Elderado Stone.
