OLD TOWN TEMECULA LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
November 10, 1997 · 9:00 A.M.

1. Public Discussion (3 minute limit per speaker)
2. Approval of Minutes
a. October 13, 1997 - Approved 4-0
3. Old Business
a. Patio Cover, McDonald's, Front & Sixth St. Approved 4-0, with redwood
materials and 6 x 6 posts, construction to be per City Standards
4. New Business
a. Patio Furniture, McDonald's, Front & Sixth St. Approved 3-1 (Blair voting
against), Colors Gray top with gray base, rough base if possible, square tables if
possible
b. NAPA Building, Front and 4th St. Approved 4.0, water tank to be natural metal,
need more dimensions and details on the plans, the proposed colors to be approved
by the Board on site prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy signs to be
under separate permits (proposed colors: stucco sp 2240 Riverbed, trim and doors
sp 18, woodlawn green), second phase to be approved later may include
landscaping with a large tree with a hexagon bench around it, and flower pots,
elimination of parking, and vending carts,
c. Establish Policy - Patio Furniture Board selected Blair and Harker as
representatives for a committee.
d. St. Catherine's Church, Moreno Road Approved 4-0, exposed aggregate to be
used on the sides only.

Requested staff to research the feasibility of requiting reviewing fences in order to
eliminate future chain link fences.
Requested staff to research the possibility of dispersing handicap parking
throughout Old Town with the Streetscape Project
c. Requested status of Bob Gotham
