OLD TOWN TEMECULA LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
December 8, 1997 · 9:00 A.M.

1. Public Discussion (3 minute limit per speaker)
2. Approval of Minutes
a. November 10, 1997 - Approved 3-0
3. Old Business
Temecula Stage Stop, Grape Arbor, Front & Sixth St. Continued 4-0, Proposed
wood single roof is appropriate, awnings as proposed are appropriate, signs shall
be removed from the buildings and placed on the awnings, remove the 4X4 from
the arbor, arbor to be extended to make it three dimensional, thick gage lattice, the
bar should be secured and the appearance from the outside when closed shall be
wood, fire pit location to receive Fire Department approval, fountain will be
installed and applicant will present a picture for the Board's approval, color
scheme will be presented to the Board, all changes need to be made to the plans for
the Board's final approval.
Temecula Stage Stop, Changing Building and Wall Colors, Approved 4-0 the
building color (G34, 8770W, silver slipper), Continued 4-0 the wall color (H34,
8773M, dolphin gray). The wall color shall be applied to a small portion of the
wall for final Board approval prior to final occupancy of the building.
4. New Business
Facade Improvement Application, Rancon Plaza, re-painting all wood areas
including doors, windows, eves, railings, and beams to match the existing colors,

6. Board Discussion
Provide latest copy of the Specific Plan to the members
Schedule the Bank colors for next meeting
Board directed staff to respond to the news paper article
The Facade Improvement Program needs to be more widely advertised.
