HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-76 CC Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 18-76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA, ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF HONORS DRIVE AND BRASSIE LANE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for stop signs at the location described in this resolution. A. The City Council hereby finds and determines the installation of stop signs pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety and general welfare at the intersection. B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any adverse conditions in the area. Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code, the following All-Way Stop Intersection is hereby established in the City of Temecula. Honors Drive and Brassie Lane PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula this 27th day of November, 2018. Matt Rahn, Mayor ATTES • Wit AIN.
