THE SUBDIVIDER OR CONTRACTOR SHALL APPLY TO THE RIVERSIDE
COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT FOR AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR ALL
WORK WITHIN COUNTY RIGHT-OF-WAY.
TWO SPECIAL INSPECTIONS ARE REQUIRED BY THE BUILDING AND
SAFETY DEPARTMENT. ONE INSPECTION AT THE TIME THE BASE IS

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CLEARING OF THE
