Recommendation Regarding Proposed Substantial Amendment Transferring CDBG Funds Budgeted for Housing Resource Center to Escallier House Computer Lab Council Member Edwards motioned and Council Member Stewart seconded, to move forward with the recommendations for 2018-19 CDBG funding listed below and to move forward with the proposed Substantial Amendment transferring CDBG funds to the Escallier House Computer Lab.
