PLANNING DIRECTOR
OCTOBER 12, 2000
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Planning Director was called to order on Thursday,
October 12, 2000 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner, Dave Hogan presiding.
Also present were Project Planner, ThomasThornsley, and Minute Clerk, Lesa Hoover.
Senior Planner, Dave Hogan opened the public hearing for items not listed on the agenda at 1:35 P.M.
There was no one present to speak.
1. Planning Application No. PA00-0305 (Development Plan for new home Product Review - Lennar
Homes'~
Associate Planner Thomas Thornsley presented the staff report for Planning Application PA00-
0305 (Development Plan for new home Product Review) for construction of three different single
family homes (one one-story and two two-story homes) with three variations of each on seventy
nine (79) residential lots located north of Rancho California Road off of Promenade Chardonnay
Hills and Meadows Parkway south of Parducci Lane and generally north of Rue Jadot.
Senior Planner Dave Hogan opened the public hearing at 1:46 P.M.
Applicant, Grant Fluegge, Lennar Homes, 24800 Chrisanta Dr., Mission Viejo, CA concurred with the
Conditions of Approval.
Matthew Fagan, 42011 Avenida Vista Ladera, Temecula, CA, representing Lennar Homes spoke in favor
of approval of the project.
Chico Sanchez, 31827 Cercle Chambertin, Temecula, CA spoke in favor of the project as well.
Senior Planner, Dave Hogan closed the public hearing at 1:55 P.M.
Senior Planner Dave Hogan approved Planning Application No. PA00-0305 (Development Plan for
Product Review) subject to the Findings and Conditions of Approval.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 P.M.
