A MODIFICATION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DEVELOPMENT
PLAN (PA15-1572) FOR AN APPROXIMATELY 1,389 SQUARE FOOT
DRIVE-THRU RESTAURANT AND AN APPROXIMATELY 6,281
SQUARE FOOT RETAIL BUILDING LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST
