A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT,
ACCEPTING THE RECONVEYANCE OF AN EASEMENT
IN FAVOR OF INLAND VALLEY CABLEVISION AND
GRANTING A NEW EASEMENT ACROSS VETERAN'S
PARK, WITHIN THE CITY OF TEMF_,CULA
The Board of Directors of the Temecula Community Services District does resolve,
determine and order as follows:
WHEREAS, Bedford Development Company conveyed title of Veteran's Park to the
Temecula Community Services District recorded as Instrument No. 43592, a copy of which is
attached as Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, Bedford Development Company conveyed an access and cablevision
easement to Inland Valley Cablevision recorded as Instrument No. 71715, a copy of which is
as Exhibit "A: ".
WHEREAS, the existing easement is inadequate for providing access to the Inland
Valley Cablevision's cable television facility.
WHEREAS, Inland Valley Cablevision has requested that the Temecula Community
Services District convey a new easement to Inland Valley Cablevision and accept a quitclaim
of the existing easement pursuant to the easement deed attached as Exhibit "B" and the
quitclaim deed attached as Exhibit "C".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Temecula Community Services District as follows:
Section 1. That the Temecula Community Services District conveys a new easement
in favor of Inland Valley Cablevision across Veteran's Park as described in Exhibit
attached hereto.
Section 2. That the Temecula Community Services District accept the quitclaim of
the existing easement from Inland Valley Cablevision as described in Exhibit "C" attached
hereto.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution and record the
easement and quitclaim documents as described in Exhibits "B" and "C" attached hereto.

("GRANTOR") hereby grants and conveys to the
City of Temecula Community Service District ("GRANTEE"), together with the right to
further grant or transfer the same to others, a fee simple estate for the purpose of
maintaining, operating, altering, repairing, and replacing equipment and landscaping
over and within the boundaries of, all that certain real property located in the
County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in "Exhibit A"
attached hereto, which is in~orporated .herein by this reference (~he "Maintenance
Area").
If GRANTEE, or its governmental entity, successors or' assigns, determines it' is unabia,
incapable, or unwilling to maintain said }Iaintenance Area, then maintenance shall,
after notice, become the responsibility of GRANTOR, with all covenants and agreements
of this conveyance extending to and becoming obligated of all heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns of the GRANTOR.
