11. CUT SLOPES EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 5' IN VERTICAL HEIGHT AND

BE PLANTED WITH GRASS OR GROUND COVER TO PROTECT THE SLOPE
FROM EROSION AND INSTABILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CITY DEVELOPMENT
CODE, SECTION 17.06 PRIOR TO THE APPROVAL OF FINAL INSPECTION.
12. NO FILL SHALL BE PLACED ON EXISTING GROUND UNTIL THE GROUND
HAS BEEN CLEARED OF WEEDS, DEBRIS, TOPSOIL, AND OTHER
