IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THIS MEETING
This meeting was conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with State of
California Executive Order N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. The
live stream of the meeting may be viewed on television and/or online. Details can be found at
temeculaca.gov/tv. In accordance with Executive Order N-29-20, the public may only view the
meeting on television and/or online.
Submission of Public Comments: For those wishing to make public comments at this committee
meeting, please submit your comments by email to the Executive Assistant at
luisa.tovar@temeculaca.gov. All email comments shall be subject to the same rules as would otherwise
govern speaker comments at a Committee meeting. Electronic comments for this Committee meeting
may only be submitted via email and comments via text and social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will
not be accepted.
Reading of Public Comments: Email comments shall be read into the record, provided that the reading
shall not exceed five (5) minutes, or such other time as the Committee may provide, consistent with the
time limit for speakers at a Committee meeting. The email comments submitted shall become part of
the record of the Committee meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Approve updated park monument sign colors.
• City staff provided a brief report with before and after photos for new monument sign colors
for all monuments throughout City
• Completion of change colors will be within next calendar year
• Colors to include French Gray around sign with Dark Brown font
• Two major monument signs to have new color schemes are two parks recently approved by
Council for name changes which include Friendship Park and Mike Naggar Community Park
• Summarized upcoming upgrades to Sam Hicks Community Park
