Recommendation: Adopt a resolution entitled:

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA APPROVING PLANNING APPLICATION NO.
PA22-0593, A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF AN APPROXIMATELY 21,793 SQUARE FOOT INDUSTRIAL
BUILDING LOCATED AT 42684 AVENIDA ALVARADO AND
MAKING A FINDING OF EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 15332 OF
THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA)
GUIDELINES
Approved the Staff Recommendation (4-0, Telesio absent): Motion by Turley-Trejo, Second by
