MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
March 10, 2005
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday,
March 10, 2005 at 1 :30 PM in the Community Development Conference Room, located at
43200 Business Park Drive Temecula California. Director of Pianning Debbie Ubnoske
presiding.
Also present were Principal Planner Emery Papp, Special Projects Engineer Annie Bostre-Le
and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia.
Item No.1: Planninq Application No. PA04-0588 A Tentative Parcel Map application to
construct twelve (12) condominium units. ranqinq in size from 1.774 square feet
to 3.052 square feet inside an approved industrial buildinq. located at 42176
Roick Drive.
Principal Planner Emery Papp gave an overview of the project and staff recommendations.
Project is exempt under CEQA Section 15315 - Minor Land Division. Principal Planner stated
that two errors needed to be corrected on the Conditions of Approval. DIF, MSHCP and TUMF
Fee Categories needed to be changed from Residential to Industrial. The second correction
was a formatting issue.
Applicant's representative Hector Correa, 28362 Vincent Moraga, Temecula, stated that the
staff report and conditions of approval were reviewed and concur with the findings.
Director of Planning Ubnoske opened the Public Hearing at 1 :32 PM.
No requests to speak were presented. Director of Planning Ubnoske closed the Public Hearing
at 1 :32 PM.
Director of Planning Ubnoske approved PA04-0588 subject to the conditions of approval with
corrections.
There being no further business, hearing was adjourned at 1 :33 PM.
