Minutes Recommendation: Approve the Action Minutes of May 3, 2023 Approved the Staff Recommendation (3-0, Ruiz abstained, Hagel absent): Motion by Watts, Second by Solis. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Ruiz abstaining and Hagel absent. PUBLIC HEARING 2. Plannin! Annlication No. PA23-0023. a Modification application to add annroximately 1.610 square feet, an Accessory Dwelling Unit (not a part of this application), and exterior modifications to the existing residence located at 42150 Agena Street, Jaime Cardenas Recommendation: Adopt a resolution entitled: PC RESOLUTION NO. 2023-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA23-0023, A MODIFICATION APPLICATION TO ADD APPROXIMATELY 1,610 SQUARE FEET, AN ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT (NOT A PART OF THIS APPLICATION), AND EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 42150 AGENA STREET AND MAKING A FINDING OF EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 15301, CLASS 1 OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) Approved the Staff Recommendation, with revision to add Additional Condition of Approval to require Applicant Filing Fee Notice of Exemption (3-0, Solis and Hagel absent): Motion by Watts, Second by Ruiz. The vote reflected unanimous approval with Solis and Hagel absent. 3. Planning Application Numbers PA22-0722 a Modification application to allow revisions to an existing commercial site consisting of facade and site improvements and PA23-0130, a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a drive-thru facility. The project is located at 27425 Ynez Road, Eric Jones Recommendation Adopt resolutions entitled: PC RESOLUTION NO. 2023-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING PLANNING APPLICATION NO. PA22-0722, A MODIFICATION APPLICATION TO ALLOW REVISIONS TO AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL SITE CONSISTING OF FACADE AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED AT 27425 YNEZ ROAD, AND MAKING A FINDING OF EXEMPTION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) (APN 921-260-023) PC RESOLUTION NO. 2023-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING PLANNING APPLICATION NO.
