Reference: Megaland Engineers and Associates Consulting, 2024, Precise Grading Plan, Tract Number 98332-2, Lot 37, Assessor’s Parcel Number 945-030-015, City of Temecula, Riverside County, California, dated September 15. Pursuant to your request, Earth-Strata has reviewed the Proposed Grading Plans prepared by Megaland Engineers and Associates, dated September 15, 2024. The purpose of our review was to evaluate the plans with regard to the geotechnical requirements for compaction testing and engineered fill for structural pads. Earth Strata will be the Consultant of Record for the proposed barn pad project and will perform testing observation during remedial removals and provide a rough grade report per the city of Temecula and the 2022 CBC requirements and guidelines.
