HomeMy WebLinkAbout2025-21 CC Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 2025-21 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA, ESTABLISHING AN ALL-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF LOMA LINDA ROAD AND REDWOOD ROAD-WHITE SAGE WAY AND FINDING THAT THE ACTION IS EXEMPT FROM CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) UNDER SECTION 15301(C) OF THE CEQA GUIDELINES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council has considered the facts justifying the need for stop signs at the location described in this resolution. A. The City Council hereby finds and determines the installation of the stop signs pursuant to this resolution will enhance public health, safety, and general welfare at the intersection. B. The City Council hereby finds the proposed stop signs will not create any adverse conditions in the area and the action is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act(CEQA) under Section 15301(c)of the CEQA Guidelines. Section 2. Pursuant to Section 10.12.100 of the Temecula Municipal Code, the following All-Way Stop Intersection is hereby established in the City of Temecula: Loma Linda Road and Redwood Road-Whtie Sage Way PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Temecula this 8th day of April, 2025.
