T he contractor shall replace within 72 hours, all traffic signal loop detectors damagedduring construction.10. T he contractor shall replace within 24 hours, all striping removed or damaged byconstruction work. (Striping may be replaced temporarily with tape.)11. All Workers shall be equipped with an orange vest (or a reflective vest at night). Allflaggers shall also be equipped with a hard hat, C28 "Stop/Slow" paddle and shall betrained in the proper fundamentals of flagging traffic.12. Any w ork that disturbs normal traffic signal operations shall be coordinated with the City ofTemecula’s Traffic Division, 48 hours prior to beginning construction.
