HELD SEPTEMBER 24, 1996
A regular meeting of the Temecula Community Services District was called to order at
7:34 P.M. at the Community Recreation Center, 30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula,
California. President Ron Roberts presiding.

It was moved by Director Birdsall, seconded by Director Stone to approve Consent Calendar
Items 1-3.

1.1 Approve the minutes of September 10, 1996.
Release of Labor and Materials Bond for Butterfield Stage Park - Kaufman and Broad
of San Diego. Inc. (Located at De Portola Road and Butterfield Stage Road)
2.1 Authorize the release of Labor and Materials bond for the construction of
Butterfield Stage Park - Kaufman and Broad of San Diego, Inc.
2.2 Direct the Secretary/City Clerk to notify the Developer and the Surety.

Completion and Acceptance of the Rancho California Sports Park Improvement
Project - Project No. PW94-07CSD

Accept the Construction of Rancho California Sports Park Improvement
Project, Project No. PW94-07CSD, as complete;
Direct the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion, release the Performance
Bond, and accept a one (1) year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 10% of
the contract;
Direct the City Clerk to release the Materials and Labor Bond seven (7)
months after the filing of the Notice of Completion if no liens have been filed.

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Director Stone, seconded by Director Ford to adjourn at 7:35 PM to a
meeting on October 8, 1996, 7:00 PM, Community Recreation Center, 30875 Rancho Vista
Road, Temecula, California. The motion was unanimously carried.
