MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR'S HEARING
MARCH 2, 2006
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday,
March 2, 2006 at 1 :30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park
Drive Temecula, California. Principal Planner Don Hazen presiding.
Also present were Associate Planner Veronica McCoy and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia.

located on the northwest corner of Reminaton Avenue and Diaz Road..
Principal Planner Hazen convened the meeting at 1 :31 p.m.
Associate Planner McCoy presented an overview of the project and staff recommendations.
The Tentative Parcel Map would create condominium units but would not create new lots or
change existing lot sizes. The condominium units would be configured to match the suites in
the previously approved Development Plan. The proposed Tentative Parcel Map would allow
for individual ownership of the approved light industrial suites but will not change any of the
uses allowed within the business center. The project has been determined to be consisted with
the previous Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Legacy Corporation which was approved by
the Planning Commission on August 3, 2005. Project is exempt from further environmental
revi~w. Project is consistent with the City ordinances, standards, guidelines and policies.
Principal Planner opened the Public Hearing at 1 :32 p.m.
Applicant David Krzywicki, 27708 Jefferson Avenue, Suite 204, Temecula, concurred with the
Conditions of Approval.
Principal Planner Hazen closed the Public Hearing and approved Planning Application PA05-
0362 subject the Conditions of Approval including awaiver of a Final Map
There being no further business, hearing was adjourned at 1 :34 p.m.
