HomeMy WebLinkAbout042706 DH Minutes MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DIRECTOR'S HEARING APRIL 27, 2006 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 1 :30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park Drive Temecula, California. Principal Planner Don Hazen presiding. Also present were Associate Planner Stuart Fisk and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia. Item No.1: Plannina Acclication PA05-0304. a reauest for a fifth and final one-vear Extension of Time for Tentative Parcel Mac No. 28049. in the area located on the West side of Puiol Street. accroximatelv 2,200 feet south of First Street Principal Planner Hazen convened the meeting at 1 :30 p.m. Associate Planner Fisk. presented an overview of the project and staff recommendations. The original approval was for a 66-unit condominium map. Staff has determined that the request is consistent with the Subdivision Ordinance and the previously approved Tentative Parcel Map. The proposed project is categorically exempt from further environmental review per CEQA Section 15315, Minor Land Division. Project is consistent with City ordinances, standards, guidelines and policies. Project is compatible with surrounding developments in terms of design and quality. Principal Planner Hazen opened the Public Hearing at 1 :34 p.m. Applicant Jack Robson, 4365 Executive Drive, San Diego, concurred with the Conditions of Approval and had no questions. Principal Planner Hazen closed the Public Hearing at 1 :35 p.m. Principal Planner Hazen concurred with staff analysis and approved Planning Application PA05- 0304 with the new expiration date of October 5, 2006 with the understanding that this is the final extension.
