HomeMy WebLinkAbout082406 DH Minutes AMENDED MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DIRECTOR'S HEARING AUGUST 24, 2006 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 1 :40 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park Drive Temecula, California. Planning Director Debbie Ubnoske presiding. Also present was Associate Planner Christine Damko and Minute Clerk Cynthia Lariccia. Continued from August 17, 2006 Item No.1: Plannina AD~lication PA06-0185 a Tentative Parcel MaD to subdivide 5.29 acres into four lepal garcels with a minimum lot size of 1 acre and 1.75 acres. located on the north side of Santiaao Road. west of Maraarita Road. Associate Planner Damko asked to continue this item to the August 31, 2006 Director's Hearing Applicant was not present and is disputing one of the Conditions of Approval. As no one came forward to speak in opposition or support of the project, Director Ubnoske continued Planning Application No. PA06-0185 to the August 31, 2006 Director's Hearing.
