OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET AND UTIELITY
PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNC]IL OF THE CrrY OF ULA DOES RESOLVE, D INE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
, The County of Riverside was offered dedication as shown on attached hereto
Exhibit "A" for public street and utility purposes but the offers of dedication were not accepted
at the time of map recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Temecula hereby accept the offers of dedication for public street and utility purposes for those
streets or portions of streets offered to and not accepted by the County of Riverside as described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
PASSED, APIPROVED, AND ADOPTED, by the City Council of the City of Temecula
at a regular meeting held on the 23th day of April, 1996.
