MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR'S HEARING
MARCH 1, 2007,
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday,
March 1, 2007 at 1 :30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park
Drive Temecula, California. Planning Director Debbie Ubnoske presiding.
Also present were Junior Planner Betsy Lowrey and Minute Clerk Kathy Simpkins.
Item No.1: Plannino Aoolication PA06-0367 A Conditional Use Permit to establish an
internet based auto broker business for the sales of used cars: and a
communications eauioment business for the sales of office teleohone svstems.
Planning Director Ubnoske convened the meeting at 1 :30 p.m.

Planning Director Ubnoske stated that the application had been withdrawn by the applicant
Maurice Paschall and that the department had accepted the withdrawal.
There being no further business, hearing was adjourned at 1 :32 p.m.
